The Results are In!

We've recently completed our annual family survey. Each year, we ask our program participants about their experience, likes, dislikes, and what they'd like to see in the future. We were, of course, especially interested to see responses from this past year in light of the pandemic and the many, many changes and challenges we all faced!

• 100% were satisfied overall with the care and services their loved one received at the Day Center, Reconnections, and Insight at Home.
• 93% agreed that they were more able to cope with caregiving since becoming involved with Insight. We thought this was pretty remarkable considering all the stress of a global pandemic!
• 100% agreed that our virtual community is welcoming and inviting. We're so happy to hear this too, as our virtual programs have been evolving over the past year to continue to meet changing needs.

I feel completely supported, and comfortable asking questions and learning of new resources as we move along our journey. Insight goes well beyond being just an adult day center.
