Caring for You, Caring for Me
ElderLink is pleased to present Caring for You, Caring for Me, a free signature program of the Rosalynn Carter Institute.
“Caring for You, Caring for Me” is a blend of interactive support and education for caregivers of older adults. Participants report increased feelings of confidence and competence in their caregiving role. This program meets for two hours weekly for 5 weeks, and focuses on a different module for Caregivers each session.
Family, professional and volunteer caregivers who are providing assistance or support to persons with long term illnesses or disabilities can all benefit from this program.
Respite services may be available on a sliding fee scale for caregivers who would like to attend, but are unable to make arrangements for their loved one. 3 weeks advance notice requested if respite services are being requested.
