Memory Cafe - Sterling
The café is an opportunity for caregivers and their loved one in the early to early mid-stage of their dementia journey to meet with others for support, companionship, and fun! The program provides structured activities to promote reminiscence, cognition, and engagement. There is also time to share in conversation and get to know others in a safe, supportive environment.
For this session, we will be hosting a public outing to the Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum in Sterling! Please register online by 11/10 to ensure we can provide a head count to the museum. Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for seniors/active military.
