The café is an opportunity for caregivers and their loved one with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or in the early to early mid-stage of their dementia journey to meet with others for support, companionship, and fun! The program provides structured activities to promote reminiscence, cognition, and engagement. There is also time to share in conversation and get to know others in a safe, supportive environment.

The Fairfax Memory Cafe meets on the third Wednesday of the month. To ensure we have space and program supplies for each participant, we ask that you please register in advance. We look forward to seeing you at the next cafe!
