This group will offer a safe, welcoming and private setting for caregivers to share their caregiving experiences, connect with others going through the same journey and receive insight from an expert. There will also be group discussions and educational presentations about relevant caregiving topics.

For May's group the topic will be Caregiving Like You're on a Cruise. Caregiving doesn’t always feel like a vacation, but many lessons from “cruising” can offer respite. Come aboard the Insight of the Seas for supportive tips in caregiving.
