This group will offer a safe, welcoming and private setting for caregivers to share their caregiving experiences, connect with others going through the same journey and receive insight from an expert. There will also be group discussions and educational presentations about relevant caregiving topics.

For August the topic will be Understanding and Caring for a Person with Dementia. Together we will discuss the different types of dementia, common behaviors, reasons for behaviors, and corresponding strategies to help effective communication.
