This group will offer a safe, welcoming and private setting for caregivers to share their caregiving experiences, connect with others going through the same journey and receive insight from an expert. There will also be group discussions and educational presentations about relevant caregiving topics.

For March the topic will be Dementia 101. Learn the basics of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. While not everyone travels the same path, come and learn about the general stages to help you anticipate future changes.
