Meet Me: At Cloverleaf Equine Center
While at the farm, participants will have the opportunity to meet Cloverleaf's horses, each with their own unique story. Together, we will explore the joys of grooming, feeding, and caring for these magnificent animals in a supportive, inclusive environment. Through hands-on activities and meaningful interactions, participants will not only experience the therapeutic benefits of being with horses but also create lasting memories and friendships. We will then share in a picnic lunch from 12:30 - 1:30!
Meet Me: Community Outings are free, and give families living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early stage memory loss an opportunity to connect and stay engaged in the community, in a safe and supportive way. Outings are designed for both the diagnosed individual and a care partner or friend to participate together, and meet new friends in the process!
