Care for the Male Caregiver

Caregiving for an aging loved one is one of the most generous acts of love. Whether you are a family member, friend, neighbor, or support partner, it’s an opportunity to learn the value of being present in the moment and to share the joy of togetherness, no matter how long it lasts. It’s also a demanding commitment that can be unpredictable and lonely, but we’re here for you and your loved one.

Join Kensington for an enlightening presentation with our Caregiver Coaches & Experts: Tami Anastasia, Dementia Caregiver Support Counselor; Lisa Bricker, Elder Care Consultant; Melissa Long, Director of Education and Support at Insight Memory Care Center; and Monica Moore, Community Health Program Manager for the Mary S. Easton Center for Alzheimer’s Research & Care at UCLA. Additionally, hear real-life testimonials with experienced male caregivers.

Learn about the importance of recognizing and acknowledging the vital role male caregivers play and let us provide you with a platform to voice your needs and experiences. It’s an opportunity to celebrate your contributions, address the challenges you face, and enhance your well-being through community and professional support.

There will be an On-Site Watch Party and Meet & Greet at The Kensington Falls Church.

Virtual Presentation from 6pm – 7pm

"I like the people, the programs, the support, the knowledge I gained as caregiver. That my wife flourished (and was improving, I thought) while she participated."
